Trojan back door threat to my system?

iam using avg7 free antivirus edition in my system . recently my

system is infected with

TROJANHORSE BACKDOOR.GENERIC3. QTN. status- infected embedded object

TROJANHORSE BACKDOOR.GENERIC3. QTN. status- infected ,archive

it is in the object E:\SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION\ _restore%26#123; 635CD-42A- D7C

my avg antivirus cant healed this virus saying that selected object

is located inside the archive and cannot be deleted

i also used norton antivirus 2005 software . but it says there is no virus threat

also adaware %26 spybot search %26 destroy which iinstalled previously had vanished.

three files namely recycled,system volume information ,thumb present suddenly in all my drives.i also cant remove avg antivirus after removing in add/remove prog .how to remove this

i run all these antivirus %26 anti spyware in safe mode . but

it remains same. i need u tell how to -overcome

pls guide to fix these problems

Looks like you could use some help. Youve already trying some of the basic stuff so lets skip right to the more advanced steps.

1. Since you've got a trojan you need a trojan remover right? Go to www.ewido.net and install ewido. Update it and boot up into safe mode. Scan and see what happens.
