OMFG SPYWARE IS A PAIN IN TEH AR$$ yea please help!!! I NEED HELP REALLY BAD!!!?

ok i got this problem....i got so much ******* spyware its not even funny, i installed ad-adware 2007 free, and its great but the thing is, even after i installed it, this program Winantispyware keeps fuqking installling on my computer when i dont want ti to hoow do i prevent it from installing on my computer also it says my task manager has been disabled by my administrator and i AM THE ONLY ADMIN ON MY COMPUTER FACT IM THE ONLY PERSON ON MY COMPUTER!! please help me also can you gusy recommend a trusted/reputable free antivirus for now, like a trail or sumthing? it would be awesome if someone could answer all these questions, Thanks~~
